For non-emergency technical issues, RigidTech's Support Staff is available from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. RigidTech's office is closed on weekends and most major business holidays.

Emergency technical support is available 24 hours a day, year round via our voicemail and paging systems. Our regular phone service will prompt you to leave us a detailed message of your emergency with current contact information and a Support Technician will be paged, review your message and contact you directly.
